3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Service Plans and Pricing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without authorization
Misrepresent AI-generated questions as official KCET examination materials
Use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent educational content
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our systems
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Exceed your plan's usage limits through automation or other means
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The KCET Labs platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated Content: Question papers generated using our Service are provided for educational use. You may use generated content for:

Teaching and student assessment within your institution
Practice tests and mock examinations
Educational materials for KCET preparation

Question Bank: Our question bank is curated and maintained by KCET Labs. Individual questions may be based on standard KCET syllabus topics.

7. Disclaimers

Educational Tool: KCET Labs is a supplementary educational tool. We do not guarantee:

That our questions will appear in actual KCET examinations
Specific exam results or outcomes
100% accuracy of all generated content

Service Availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCET Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or educational outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
